Learn about the extensive history of this almost 300 ye ar old farm dating back to 1748 and how it was originally home to the Susqu ehannock tribe. Then investigate the paranormal with experienced investigat ors from 8pm till 2am. We will be using equipment such as the spirit box\, phasma box\, rem pod\, Mel meter\, onvoy\, Flux meter\, emf meter and more. You are more then welcomed to bring your own equipment as well. The evenin g will start with an hour and a half history tour of the lodge and grounds\ , we will also show how to use the equipment during this time. Then you wil l have the option to roam and investigate on your own\, or with one of our investigators. We will also have 4 rooms available for anyone wanting to st ay the night and get the full experience. Guest will have their room from 2 AM till 11 AM the following morning. Linens are provided.\n\n\n\n****LIMIT ED TO 15 TICKETS****\n\n\n\n 6 hour paranormal investigations are $78 per person when booked through the website. $65 when guests book directly throu gh us. 8pm till 2am. \n\n\n\n👻 Overnight stay $135 per room when booked through the website. $120 when guests book directly through us. 2 people ma y sleep in the room so long as both guest have bought a ticket for the 6 ho ur investigation portion. Please contact us for further explanation if need ed. check in at 8pm check out at 12pm the following morning. Room choices a re based in order of whom booked first. They will have first choice of room selection. \n\n\n\nTent Camping Option\n\n\n\nThis is for guests to pay fo r their campsite during special events being held at the lodge. Please conf irm with host before paying. Check in is as early as you'd like day of rese rvation. Check out is 4pm\, but you won't be rushed out. $55 per campsite w hen paid by credit card. $45 when booked directly through us.\n\n\n\nHOW TO GET TO THE LODGE AND TIMES\n\n\n\nTIMES: Arrive any time after 7:00pm\, th e earlier you can arrive the better because we will be parking everyone ind ividually in specific spots as guests arrive. If you know others attending\ , we strongly urge and kind of beg to please carpool.\n\n\n\nFINDING THE LO DGE AND PARKING: GPS will take you directly to the front of the house where there is no parking. There is a driveway roughly 50 yards before and after the lodge. If you are heading north on Biglerville Road/PA-34 coming from Gettysburg the lodge will be on your right at the top of a semi steep hill called Kecklers hill. Very important\, to find our driveway\, it is directl y across from the North Ridge Motel which will be on your left. Our gravel driveway is on your right and a part of a shared driveway that goes straigh t up to other houses. Our driveway runs parallel with Biglerville Road and exits back out to the main road. We will have our banner out by the road an d an enter sign with arrows. I cannot stress enough to use your gps a head of time and locate the North Ridge Motel for reference. If you are heading south towards Gettysburg\, we will be located on the left. Again\, please l ocate the north ridge motel which will be on your right and look for the gr avel driveways on your left. Our sign will still be visible when coming fro m this direction as well. Once you are pulled onto the driveway we will com e to your window and ask you to follow us as we walk you to your parking sp ot.\n\n\n\nCHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Once you have parked\, we will ask you to me et us at the front of the lodge to sign in. After signing in\, we will have chairs outside to sit in while we finish getting everyone else signed in. Feel free to roam the grounds a bit and take pictures if you’d like. We w ill then have guests that have paid for a room follow us into the lodge and see the bedrooms. The guest that paid for a room first before anyone else will have first choice\, then the second guest that paid for a room will ha ve second choice\, followed by the third guest that paid for a room. The fi rst guest does NOT have to choose a room at this time and can choose to do so after the 6-hour investigation so they can feel out the energies through out the night. We would like to wait till after the 6-hour investigation be fore guest bring their personal items to the rooms they will be sleeping in .\n\n\n\nThere are two bathrooms to use\, one is upstairs\, and the other i s downstairs and please do not investigate in the bathroom. Unless you do i t while using the restroom. We will have a drinking water dispenser and urg e you to bring a refillable bottle\, please\, and Pachamama thanks you \n\n \n\nAt 8:00 PM we will give a history lesson and tour of the property. For guests wanting to know where we have had past experiences and activity\, we will show you and give those that would not like to know a chance to step out during this part. We will then have equipment out and show how to use e ach device. Some of the equipment\, such as rempods\, will be used with sma ll groups or stay in certain areas for guests to come in and use together. We will have the 3\,100 sq.ft lodge and its cellar to investigate along wit h the blacksmith shop. Weather permitting\, you will be able to investigate the grounds where confederates camped during the battle of Gettysburg.
